Shipping and Processing Time
All orders are processed & dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delays can be expected during busy periods.

UK:
Standard Shipping (£2.99): Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-7 working days
Tracked shipping (£7.50): Royal Mail Tracked 2-5 working days

Orders over £40 (FREE): Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-7 working days

Europe:
Tracked Shipping (£9.99): 5-10 working days 

Rest of the world:  
Tracked International Shipping (14.99): 6-12 working

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Please note that Drift Mist will not be liable for any customs/import charges for international orders, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since customs charges vary from country to country it is the responsibility of the customer to double check any charges that may apply. 

All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Drift Mist are not liable for addresses provided incorrectly. If purchasing with PayPal please ensure that your address is correct.

Lost/Missing Parcel
Drift Mist apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for any lost or missing parcels. Royal Mail states that items will not be declared lost until 28 working days have passed, please contact us after 28 days, so we can issue a refund or replacement, stating your order number, and address. info@driftmist.co.uk
